TinyGym: 4 to 10 months (40 minute class)
We are thrilled to introduce TinyGym class for babies 4 months to crawling! In this interactive class, babies will be actively led through different stretches and exercises that help with motor skill development. Each 40 minute class is designed to help your babies feel stronger and more confident as they explore their new environment. With our incredible gym equipment we are able to create a safe environment for your babies to flourish. Our use of songs, parachute, shakers & bubbles will surely get your baby excited! Enjoy socializing with other parents while your baby gets a great work out!
BabyGym: Crawling to 18 months (40 minute class)
Our BabyGym class encourages infants and toddlers to learn new skills and activities in a stimulating and fun environment. Our state-of-the-art gym is covered with a thick gymnastics carpet that allows little gymnasts to explore and move around in a safe surrounding. Busy crawlers and walkers will enjoy crawling through colourful tunnels, climbing up tiny mountains, sliding down not so steep slopes and flipping over age appropriate obstacle courses during this fun packed 40 minute class.
Each class consists of interactive songs, structured and free exploration circuits, magical bubbles and parachute games. Soft gym equipment and stimulating props allow babies to use their senses and experience different ways to move and shake their little bodies. With their endless curiosity at this age, each new activity will help them gain strength, balance, coordination and better muscle control.
With their parent’s uninterrupted attention this class is sure to be the highlight of their day!
TotGym: 18 months to 3 years (1 hour class)
Infants and toddlers in this fun-filled class learn how to move their bodies in a safe, joyful and encouraging environment. Physical development activities include crawling, climbing, hanging, swinging, tumbling and much more. Classes are taught through games, group activities and individual exploration. Active parents’ participation is required in all classes.
KinderGym: 3 to 5 years (1 hour class)
Children are introduced to the joy of real gymnastics through innovative games, activities and circuits. This structured program concentrates on teaching gymnastics skills in a fun and encouraging setting. Children need to ready to participate without a parent.
JuniorGym: 5 to 7 years (1 hour class)
Children learn real gymnastics skills using various gymnastics apparatus: tumble trampoline, beam, bars, floor and vault. This structured program helps children develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance through educational and fun progression skills.
SeniorGym: 7 to 10 years (1 hour class)
Children continue to learn higher level gymnastics skills based on their own level and ability in a non-competitive and encouraging environment. This structured program involves skills which are valuable in gymnastics as well as in other sports.
Girls FitGym: 7 to 12 years (1 hour class)
This class is designed for girls ages 7-12 who love gymnastics and want to stay active and fit. Endurance, strength, flexibility and gymnastics… all combined in one high energy and FUN class.
AcroGym: 6 to 10 years (1 hour class)
Children in this 1 hour class will develop strength and flexibility and learn basic acrobatic skills using proper and safe techniques. Skills will be learnt on our 40 foot tumble trampoline and floor mats. Participants will learn skills such as handstands, cartwheels and walkovers and will progress to more advanced skills such as round offs and back handsprings. This class is great for dancers who would like to improve their acro skills and for all children with basic gymnastics background wishing to learn acrobatic skills.
Advanced Class: 5 to 10 years (1.5 hour class)
This advanced class is for girls with previous gymnastics experience that would like to improve their gymnastics and acrobatics skills. Children will continue to develop their gymnastics skills and work on flexibility, strength and endurance. Participants will learn skills such as handstands, cartwheels and walkovers and will progress to more advanced skills.
